Founded in 2001, Association Management Solutions, Inc. (AMS) has a proven record of providing professional management and financial services to home/property owners and commercial/retail associations throughout the greater metro-Charlotte area in both North and South Carolina. AMS is an advocate of the community and the officers of the Board that serve the community. We provide assistance, thoughtful advice and a caring approach to each neighborhood. Each and every member of the AMS team work together to ensure each community is maintained in a cost effective manner.
Alan Staten is the President and owner of AMS, and continues the positive and pro-active direction that the founder, Ken Goodnight established. Alan has an extensive background in multi-faceted global and domestic operations. His experience in process/procedural improvements and value added services have proven to be beneficial for clients and contributed to the growth of operations.
The AMS team has extensive background working with both developing and mature communities throughout the extended Charlotte area in both North and South Carolina. Our communities range from small to large single family and multi-family developments with a wide array of amenities ranging from limited common areas to those with comprehensive amenity packages that include pools, clubhouses, marinas, large common areas, walking trails, playgrounds, private roads and gates.
Our goal is serve as an advocate for our customers, and to provide a remarkable experience. We take a results-driven and goal-oriented approach, combined with outstanding follow-through and customer service.
